In this section we will answer the most frequently asked questions about this shop. If you have a question that is not answered here please feel free mail us and we will answer it as soon as possible.  1 - Who can order at our shop? 2 - Where do we deliver? 3 - What is the usual delivery time span? 4 - How do i order? 5 - Which payement methods are available? 1 - Who can order at our shop? Aalsmeer Horticulture Export does business with florists from all over the world. Therefore our prices are interesting for flower shops that are interested in boxes of flowers, not single items. You can however order multiple types of flowers in one box. BACK TO TOP 2 - Where do we deliver? We deliver our flowers in almost every country in the world. All major countries are granted, but if you're not sure we deliver in your country please contact us. BACK TO TOP 3 - What is the usual delivery time span? We usually deliver within 3 days after the order is accepted. This can vary bacause of distance or country import rules, but in most of the major countries this is not a problem. BACK TO TOP 4 - How do i order? When you enter our webshop you can select a flower groups or search for any flower in our database. After you found the flowers you want, type in the amount you would like to order and press the "Add" button. Your order will appear in the basket which is in the right-bottom corner. After you are satisfied with your order shown in the basket press the "Buy" button or cart image and select your payment method. BACK TO TOP 5 - Which payement methods are available? There are two ways to finalize your order: manual or automatic. If you choose to do the payment manually we will contact you when we get the order. From here we will do the payement the 'old' way by phone, fax or paper and do a credit check (NCM). This way you can still do your ordering the old way. When you pay by credit card your order is processed the next day and the money will be withdrawn from your account. BACK TO TOP |
